 I ordered the unit and paid the $11 next-day fee. Unit showed up the next day and had it installed in 45 minutes. I could probably install another one in less than 10 minutes now. I also had to spend $1.50 in pressure fittings at the hardware store since I didn't read the directions.

It's been filtering my City (450 ppm) water and dropping it down to 20-30 PPM. Not too shabby for the small amount of money it sells for.

 I had an r.o. system installed by a reputable local company a few years back and had troubles from the beginning. The system leaked a few times, the tank had to be pressurized from time to time, and the replacement filters were outrageously priced. The iSpring system has replaced the old filter and so far after 9 months has performed flawlessly. The best part is I can replace all of the filters on the iSpring for the price of one on the old filter. Great product and well priced.

Easy Peasy To Install -By NotGirlyGirl

 I think these are some of these best written and well thought out directions ever made. I opened the box and was over whelmed by all the parts and daunting booklet with limited pictures. But just do step one to start then worry about each step as they come. Each step was pretty easy even for a girl ;) The hardest part was drilling the hole in the sink (ceramic coated) but heck that was not bad. They have videos online but I never wactehd them. Takes about an hour. Make sure you put everything in real tight the first time and you won't have any leaks.

  

Great Reverse Osmosis System - by  Thomas Daue "TPD"

  Ordered this system to improve the less than optimal tap water in

South Florida.
System came as advertised. Plumbing parts shipped are of high quality. Installation
with the referenced YouTube video took about an hour. No problems during
installation. Flushing the tank two times with produced water took another 2 hours.
Water taste is perfect. Great system, we can only recommend.  

Watts WP5-50 Premier Five-Stage Manifold Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System

 The output water quality is excellent. TDS (total dissolved solids) are 15-20 ppm, which is ideal for hydroponic growing. Any purer than that brings you into the realm of distilled water, which would need to be supplemented with minerals to be suitable for hydroponic use. Output water quantity is sufficient although disappointing. It produces one gallon in about 90 minutes. Higher water pressure and cleaner incoming water will decrease this time. The storage tank, although it has a physical capacity of three gallons, drains to empty after drawing two gallons.

 problems installing but excellent customer service - By Jennifer Mazy "Jen"  

 One of the cheap plastic valves broke when I tightened it (by hand not a wench as instructed). I called and they said it was an issue that was being replaced with a metal valve. He shipped one out that day and I received it 2 days later. It was just a pain to have the stuff sitting here half installed. A few days later it leaked pretty bad. The instructions say to watch it closely for leaks the first week and to just tighten the fittings. After tightening them everything is perfect.

 Wow - you should have seen the junk that was left in the filters of this unit. It's disgusting to think we were drinking that. I will never drink regular water ever again! Just pour a glass and compare it to a glass of tap water. The chlorine smell will gross you out from the tap water. The water from the unit- pristine!!!!!

  Using for aeroponic resevoirs and drinking water/ice. Took TDS from 300ppm to 16ppm. Family and plants love the water, taste great. Plenty of water pressure if mounted correctly (within 10' of point of use). Customer service very good
